  • The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and other materials that came with the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or installed.
  • Products that have been damaged or modified by the customer.
  • Items that are not in their original packaging.
  • Any digital downloads or software products.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  • Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and the appropriate return shipping address.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
  • If the returned product does not meet the return requirements (i.e., it’s used, damaged, or incomplete), we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge a restocking fee.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs if applicable.

If you would like to exchange an item, you must return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. Please follow the return process outlined above.

7. Restocking Fees

For some products, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price if the item is returned in a non-resalable condition or if the packaging is damaged. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • You are responsible for ensuring the returned items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
